2. Documents for Income Verification (example; check stubs)
3. Card ready for payment - You will only pay your application fee at the time you apply

Your leasing specialist will contact you with approval or additional information they may need. Once approved, we will send you the lease to sign and you will submit your deposit within 3 days of approval.
